Grey Lynn's Sustainable Business Walk

The Grey Lynn Business Association kicked off the New Year with a sustainable walking tour in our hood.

Grey Lynn has a growing hub of sustainable businesses doing very cool things and making their mark locally and globally. What better way to get together than to beat the streets for a walking tour to check them out.

We were in good company with our friends from Kokako Organic, Little Bread & Butter, Nature Baby and Wendyl Nissen. We stopped off along the way for some refreshing Karma Cola, Gingerella & Lemmy at the Winton Street picnic garden, a sustainable gardening oasis in the middle of deepest darkest Grey Lynn. We finished the walk at the Kokako Organic roastery with some delicious nibbles and drinks mixed by Rogue Society.

As Mike from Kokako put it “energy flowed and inspiration sparked – no doubt there were innovative ideas and new partnerships formed on the day.”
