The Harlequin Public House Karma cocktails

Bar director Toby Eaton and his skilled team from The Harlequin Public House in Christchurch have crafted a delicious cocktail menu dedicated to the Karma Cola range, and they're a real hit. Ask for them by request, or check them out on this season's cocktail list.

Karma Cuba

Fill a tall glass with ice. Press the lime into the glass and rim the glass with the lime. 3/4 fill the glass with Karma Cola. Add Havana and Fernet. Garnish with the pressed lime and a mint tip. Top with more Karma Cola if needed.


Gingerella Highball

In a shaker combine the nectarine, lemon and jam. Muddle. Add Chivas and ice and shake well. Refresh ice in glass and strain in the mixture. Top with Gingerella, garnish with nectarine and serve with a smile.


Lemmy Cup

In a tall glass combine all fruits and juice. Lightly muddle to extract juices. Fill with ice and add Gin and Pimms. Mix. Top with Lemmy, leaving the bulk of the fruit at the bottom of the glass to drink through. Garnish with edible flowers.
